How much does shipping cost me?

That’s a very good question. I’ll explain it to you below….

Our shipping costs are based on the value of your order. That makes it easy peasy lemon squeezy for you to keep track of. The reason is that we need larger boxes and more packaging materials the more extensive your order becomes. Still, we mostly end up covering part of the cost. We figured: shared pain is half the pain.

Here’s our fabulous pricing table:

- Up to €6.00 order value, shipping is only €1.49
- From €6.01 - €10.00 order value, shipping is €3.90
- From €10.01 - €59.99 shipping is €4.90
- From €60.00 shipping is already free

These are the prices within Germany. Deliveries to other countries naturally cost a bit more. You’ll see the exact amount when you fill your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your desired delivery address. Your calculated shipping costs will of course be shown to you transparently before you complete your order.

How will your order be shipped?

We send your order on its way within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. Our busy pandas need this time to lovingly produce and pack your order. Did you know we don’t keep products in stock? They are actually made especially for you in northern Germany.

When packing, we make sure to save on plastic. Our packing rule is: as much as necessary, as little as possible. Top priority is of course that your order arrives with you undamaged. But there’s no need to go overboard with packaging waste….

How long does shipping take?

It of course depends on what you ordered. Small items like postcards or keyrings we send via Deutsche Post. Shipping takes 1-2 days until the order is waiting for you in your mailbox to be retrieved. Parcels and packages we send with DHL. They take 2-3 days to deliver your package.

We ship our cute products worldwide. So as long as you can manage to click through the German-language menu, nothing stands between you and shipping to the other side of the world….
