How much does shipping cost me?

That's a very good question. Let me explain it to you below….

Our shipping costs depend on the value of your order. It's easy peasy lemon squeezy for you to keep track of. The reason is that we need larger parcels and more packaging materials as your order becomes more extensive. However, we mostly pay extra. We thought: a problem shared is a problem halved.

Here is our fabulous cost table:

- For goods up to €6.00, shipping costs only €1.49
- For goods from €6.01 to €10.00, shipping costs €3.90
- From €10.01 to €49.99, shipping costs €4.90
- Shipping is free for orders over €50.00

These are the prices within Germany. Deliveries to other countries naturally cost a little more. You'll find out more when you fill your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your desired delivery address. Your calculated shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you before you complete the order.

How is your order shipped?

We send your order on its way within 24 - 48 hours after order completion. Our diligent pandas need this time to lovingly create and package your order. Did you know that we don't have products in stock? They are actually made just for you in Northern Germany.

We pay attention to saving plastic in packaging. Our packaging rule is: as much as necessary, as little as possible. The top priority, of course, is that your order arrives undamaged. But there's no need to go overboard with packaging waste either…..

How long does the shipping take?

Of course, it depends on what you ordered. We ship small orders like postcards or keychains via Deutsche Post. It takes 1-2 days for the delivery to wait in your mailbox. For parcels and packages, we use DHL. They take 2-3 days for the delivery of your package.

Where do we deliver to?

We ship our cute products worldwide. So, as long as you can manage to navigate the German-language menu, there's nothing stopping a shipment to the other side of the world….
